View campaigns on a contact profile to understand which campaigns a contact has participated in before sending new outreach.

Steps

  1. Open the contact profile panel from a conversation or from Contacts.

  2. Scroll to the Campaigns section.

  3. Review the campaigns associated with the contact.

  4. Select a campaign name to open the campaign details page.

  5. If available, select See All Campaigns to expand the full list.

Tips

  • Review campaign history before sending another message to avoid duplicate outreach.

  • Use campaign links to understand prior message context.

  • Combine campaign history with the contact’s activity history for better context.

Troubleshooting

  • If no campaigns appear, the contact may not have participated in any campaigns.
