Yes, you can update your organization name in Whippy. This is simply an internal profile name used for record-keeping purposes and has no impact on your account's functionality or any external-facing settings.

To have your organization name updated, reach out to your Whippy Customer Success Manager or the Whippy support team with the name change you'd like. Once the update has been made on our end, simply refresh Whippy and you will see the new name reflected in your account.
