Usage notifications alert you when your organization approaches key usage thresholds so you can monitor plan limits and reduce unexpected overages.

Before you start

  • Confirm you have access to organization notification settings.

  • Decide which notification channels you want to use, such as web, mobile, SMS, or email when available.

  • Make sure your mobile number is up to date if you want SMS alerts.

Steps

  1. Open Settings in your organization.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Scroll to the Usage section.

  4. Select the usage notifications you want to receive.

  5. Choose where you want to receive each notification, such as Web, Mobile, SMS, or Email when available.
