How do I review billing settings in Whippy?

Use Billing settings to review your Whippy subscription and invoices. Usage, credits, and SMS cost controls are managed from separate Settings pages.

Before you start

  • You may need admin or billing permissions to access Billing settings.

  • Use Settings > Usage for usage, credits, and additional charges.

  • Use Settings > Messaging for SMS cost controls such as maximum SMS length, translations, or emojis.

Steps

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.

  2. Select Billing.

  3. Use the Subscriptions tab to review current subscription information.

  4. Use the Invoices tab to review invoices for the organization.

  5. Open Settings > Usage if you need to review usage, credits, or additional charges.

  6. Open Settings > Messaging if you need SMS cost controls.

Tips

  • Billing settings are intended for admins or billing owners.

  • Use Usage for day-to-day usage monitoring instead of the Billing page.

  • Use Notifications to enable usage alerts for the people who need to know when usage changes.

  • Use Messaging settings to control SMS behavior that can affect credit usage.

Troubleshooting

  • If Billing settings are not visible, ask an organization admin to review your permissions.

  • If usage or credit details are missing from Billing, open Settings > Usage.

  • If SMS cost controls are missing from Billing, open Settings > Messaging.
