How do I manage campaign drafts?

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Campaign drafts let you save work in progress and return later before sending or scheduling a campaign.

Find draft campaigns

  1. Open Campaigns.

  2. Select the Drafts tab.

  3. Review draft campaign details such as name, channel, message preview, last edited information, and audience size.

Edit a draft campaign

  1. Open Campaigns → Drafts.

  2. Select Edit Draft for the campaign you want to update.

  3. Update the campaign sections, such as Basic info, Audience, Message, Schedule and settings, or Automations.

  4. Select Save if you want to manually save changes.

Send or schedule a draft

  1. Open the draft.

  2. Review every campaign section for accuracy.

  3. Select Send Campaign or Schedule Campaign.

Duplicate or delete a draft

  1. Open Campaigns → Drafts.

  2. Select the ... menu next to the draft.

  3. Choose Duplicate Campaign to reuse the draft, or Delete Campaign to remove it.

  4. If duplicating, choose whether to copy the message only or the message and audience.

  5. If deleting, confirm the deletion.

Tips

  • Name drafts clearly so teammates can find them.

  • Review the audience again before sending, because drafts can change over time.

  • Duplicate drafts when testing variations of the same campaign.

  • Delete old drafts when they are no longer useful.

Troubleshooting

  • If a draft is missing, clear filters or search by name.

  • If changes are not saved, select Save and wait for the confirmation banner.

  • If a draft cannot send, check for missing audience, message, or sender details.
