Message unresponded campaign contacts when you want to follow up with everyone who received a campaign but did not reply.

Before you start

  • Wait until the campaign has completed sending.

  • Open the campaign results or analytics view.

  • Prepare a short follow-up message that is different from the original campaign.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns.

  2. Find the campaign you want to follow up on.

  3. Select View results or open the campaign analytics page.

  4. Open the Unresponded tab.

  5. Select the checkbox next to Name to select all unresponded contacts.

  6. Select Send message.

  7. Write the follow-up message.

  8. Select Send.

Tips

  • Keep the follow-up concise and action-oriented.

  • Consider sending in smaller groups for large audiences.

  • Avoid repeating the exact original campaign message.

  • Review opt-out and unsubscribe status before follow-up.

Troubleshooting

  • If Send message is not visible, select at least one contact.

  • If no contacts appear in Unresponded, the campaign may still be sending or all contacts may have replied.

  • If the message will not send, confirm the message content is complete.
