Send an image in a Whippy conversation when you need to share visual context such as a screenshot, photo, or document image.

Before you start

  • Open the conversation where you want to send the image.

  • Confirm the image is the correct file.

  • Check image size and format requirements.

Steps

  1. Open your Inbox.

  2. Open the conversation you want to reply to.

  3. Select the attachment button, or drag and drop the image into the message composer if supported.

  4. Confirm the image is attached.

  5. Add message text if needed.

  6. Select Send.

Tips

  • Use JPG for photos and PNG for screenshots or images with transparency.

  • Compress images that exceed size limits.

  • Preview the attachment before sending.

  • Add a short explanation so the recipient understands the image.

Troubleshooting
