How do I use forms in campaigns?
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Create a form when you want to collect structured information, files, signatures, or responses from campaign recipients.
Before you start
Decide what information you need to collect.
Prepare any thank-you message, redirect URL, or notification recipients you want to use.
Create the form
Open Campaigns.
Go to Forms.
Select Create form.
Enter a form title.
Select Create form again to open the form builder.
Add form elements such as input fields, email or phone fields, file upload, checkboxes, dropdowns, date picker, signature fields, images, or text blocks.
Select each element to edit labels, descriptions, placeholders, and required settings.
Configure and share the form
Open Appearance settings to adjust form style, colors, and branding.
Open Submission settings to configure redirect URL or thank-you message, submit button text, email notifications, and inbound-message behavior.
Select Save form.
Select Preview form to test it.
Copy the form link.
Paste the form link into your SMS or email campaign message.
Tips
Keep forms short to improve completion rates.
Use clear labels and placeholder text.
Enable notifications if your team needs to act quickly on submissions.
Use redirect URLs for a clear next step after submission.
Troubleshooting
If the form does not save, check required fields and element settings.
If contacts cannot submit responses, recopy the form link and test it in a preview.
If formatting looks wrong, adjust appearance settings and save again.
If notifications are missing, confirm notification email addresses are configured.
