How do I use Trust Center settings in Whippy?

Use Trust Center settings to register and manage 10DLC brands and campaigns for compliant business messaging.

Before you start

• Prepare accurate legal, contact, and website information for the business.

• Create or confirm any provider account needed for your messaging setup.

• Create a 10DLC brand before creating campaigns that depend on that brand.

Steps

1. Open Settings > Trust center.

2. Select 10DLC brands to register or manage brands.

3. Open a brand to review or edit its details.

4. Use Add a provider brand from the Brands table when a brand needs to be linked to a provider account.

5. Select 10DLC campaigns to create or manage campaigns linked to registered brands.

6. Open a campaign to review or edit its use case and messaging details.

7. Keep brand and campaign records aligned with your actual business and messaging use case.

Tips

• Create the brand before creating campaigns.

• Use accurate legal, contact, and website information for brand registration.

• Keep campaign descriptions and sample messages consistent with real customer messaging.

• Review provider account setup before adding a provider brand.

Troubleshooting

• If no brand exists, open 10DLC brands and click Add brand.

• If no campaign exists, create a campaign after a brand exists.

• If you cannot add a provider brand, review provider accounts in Settings and confirm an eligible provider account is available.
