How do I reset my Whippy password?

Reset your password from the Whippy login page if you cannot access your account. Whippy sends a reset email to the address associated with your user account.

Before you start

  • Use the same email address you normally use to log in to Whippy.

  • Make sure you can access that email inbox.

Steps

  1. Go to the Whippy login page.

  2. Click Reset password.

  3. Enter the email address associated with your Whippy account.

  4. Click Send Email.

  5. Open the password reset email from Whippy.

  6. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

  7. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Tips

  • Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email does not arrive.

  • Use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.

  • Complete the reset soon after requesting it because reset links may expire.

Troubleshooting

  • You did not receive the reset email: Check spam and wait a few minutes.

  • You cannot reset your password: Confirm you entered the correct account email.

  • The reset link does not work: Request a new password reset email.

  • You still cannot log in: Contact support using the chat button.
