How do I use sequences in the mobile app?

You can view sequences and add contacts to sequences from the Whippy mobile app, but full sequence creation and editing should be done on desktop.

View sequences on mobile

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Sequences.

  4. Review available sequence lists, such as All sequences or My sequences.

  5. Tap a sequence to open its details.

  6. Review the sequence name, owner, status, and step overview.

Add a contact to a sequence from mobile

  1. Open a conversation with the contact.

  2. Tap the more-options menu.

  3. Select Add contact to sequence.

  4. Choose the sequence.

  5. Confirm the enrollment.

Tips

  • Use mobile sequence views to quickly confirm sequence structure while away from desktop.

  • Add contacts to sequences from conversations when quick follow-up is needed.

  • Create and edit sequence logic on desktop for better control.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot create or edit a sequence, use the desktop app.

  • If a sequence is missing, switch between All sequences and My sequences.

  • If you cannot add a contact to a sequence, check permissions and sequence eligibility.
