Create an SMS campaign in the Whippy mobile app when you need to draft, schedule, or send an SMS campaign from your phone.

Before you start

  • Make sure you are signed in to the Whippy mobile app.

  • Prepare the campaign audience and SMS message.

  • Use desktop for advanced setup if a required option is not available on mobile.

Steps

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More.

  3. Tap Campaigns.

  4. Tap Create campaign.

  5. Select SMS as the campaign channel.

  6. Enter the campaign title.

  7. Select and apply the audience.

  8. Add exclusions if needed.

  9. Write the SMS message.

  10. Add supported message options, such as attachments, templates, variables, translations, or signatures.

  11. Configure scheduling or batch sending if needed.

  12. Save the campaign as a draft or send/schedule it.
