How do I view reports in the mobile app?

You can view reports in the Whippy mobile app to monitor performance and activity while away from desktop.

Before you start

  • Open the Whippy mobile app.

  • Confirm you are in the correct organization.

  • Make sure your role has access to reports.

Steps

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Reports.

  4. Review available report categories.

  5. Select a report to view its details.

  6. Use available filters or date ranges to adjust the report view, if shown.

Tips

  • Use mobile reports for quick monitoring.

  • Use desktop when you need deeper analysis, exports, or configuration.

  • Confirm the active organization before reviewing results.

Troubleshooting

  • If reports are missing, check permissions and organization selection.

  • If data looks incorrect, review filters, date ranges, and active organization.
