How do I view conversations by channel?

View conversations by channel when you want to focus on one communication channel, such as SMS, email, or another connected channel.

View conversations by channel

  1. Open Inbox.

  2. Find the Channels section in the inbox sidebar.

  3. Expand the channel list if it is collapsed.

  4. Select the channel you want to review.

  5. Confirm the conversation list updates to show conversations for that channel.

Tips

  • Use channel views to review activity for one messaging source at a time.

  • If your team has many channels, use the channel name to confirm you selected the right one.

  • Combine channel views with status filters when you need a narrower list.

Troubleshooting

  • If a channel is missing, confirm you have access to that channel.

  • If no conversations appear, the channel may not have recent conversations in the selected status.

  • If the wrong channel appears selected, clear filters and select the channel again.
