How do I register and manage 10DLC brands in Whippy?

Register a 10DLC brand in Trust Center before creating campaigns that depend on that brand for compliant business messaging.

Before you start

  • Prepare accurate legal business information, contact details, address, website, and registration details.

  • Confirm any provider account needed for the brand is available.

  • Use information that matches your public business records.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Trust center.

  2. Select 10DLC brands.

  3. Click Add brand.

  4. Complete each step in the Create brand flow using accurate business information.

  5. Click Create Brand when the brand details are ready.

  6. Return to the Brands table.

  7. Open the brand to review or edit it.

  8. Use Add a provider brand from the row actions when the brand needs to be linked to a provider account.

  • Use legal business information that matches registration records.

  • Confirm website and representative details before submitting a brand.

  • Create provider accounts before trying to add a provider brand.

  • Keep brand details current if the business changes.

Troubleshooting

  • If no brand exists, click Add brand from the Brands page.
