How do I view reviews in the mobile app?

You can view and monitor customer reviews in the Whippy mobile app, but full review configuration should be handled on desktop.

View reviews on mobile

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Reviews.

  4. Review the list of reviews for your organization.

  5. Use available filters or sorting options, if shown, to refine the list.

  6. Tap a review to open its detail view.

Review details you may see

  • Rating or score.

  • Review content.

  • Associated contact details.

  • Date and time submitted.

  • Related contact or conversation links, if available.

Tips

  • Review feedback regularly to identify trends or recurring issues.

  • Follow up on low ratings by opening the related contact or conversation when available.

  • Use desktop to configure review requests and review automation.

  • Monitor reviews after campaigns or sequences that include review requests.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot respond to or manage reviews on mobile, use desktop.

  • If a review is not visible, adjust filters or check access permissions.

  • If no reviews show, confirm review requests have been sent.
