How do I send messages in the mobile app?

Use the Whippy mobile app inbox to view conversations and send messages while you are away from desktop.

Before you start

  • Open the Whippy mobile app.

  • Confirm you are in the correct organization.

  • Make sure you have access to the inbox and channel you want to use.

Steps

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap Inbox in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Select a conversation from the list.

  4. Review the conversation history.

  5. Type your message in the message composer.

  6. Choose the sending channel if more than one channel is available.

  7. Tap Send.

Tips

  • Confirm the active organization before sending.

  • Use mobile inbox access for quick replies and follow-ups.

  • Switch to desktop for workflows that require more setup or bulk actions.

Troubleshooting

  • If conversations are missing, check the selected organization and inbox filters.

  • If you cannot send, confirm channel access and permissions.

  • If the wrong channel appears, update the selected sending channel before sending.
