How do I view forms in the mobile app?

You can view forms and form submissions in the Whippy mobile app, but form creation and editing should be done on desktop.

View forms on mobile

  1. Open the Whippy mobile app.

  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.

  3. Tap Forms.

  4. Review the list of forms available in your organization.

  5. Tap a form to open its detail view.

View form submissions

  1. Open a form in the mobile app.

  2. Review submitted entries.

  3. Tap an individual submission to view its details.

  4. Review information such as contact details, field responses, and submission date.

Tips

  • Use mobile forms to quickly review inbound leads or inquiries.

  • Follow up by opening the associated contact or conversation when available.

  • Use desktop to create, edit, publish, or configure forms.

Troubleshooting

  • If you cannot create or edit a form, use the desktop app.

  • If a form is not visible, check permissions and form visibility.

  • If follow-up is unavailable, check whether the form is configured to create or link contacts.
